Setting Goals
“For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it?” ->Luke 14:28
Where do you see yourself financially in the future? Or do you just take one day at a time hoping and trusting that things will somehow work out?
Some of us think that planning and preparing financially for the days to come demonstrates our lack of trust in God’s provision. But actually God’s Word encourages us to be wise and to be prepared. It says: “In the house of the wise are stores of choice food and oil, but a foolish man devours all he has.“ –>Proverbs 21:20
Let’s heed God’s counsel and instead of devouring every penny we have, let’s set aside a portion of our income every month so we can slowly build reserves. After all, it’s all His anyways!
