Managing Moodiness

It can be so easy to slip into a sour mood. Someone says something sharp and your feelings get hurt. Tired and hungry, you’re more prone to letting words get to you that might otherwise roll off your shoulders. We must all be aware of our moods and the events that trigger a slide in our disposition. As we become more aware, we have greater ability to monitor our thinking that either exaggerates our mood, whether positive or negative. Are you aware of your moods and the thinking that contributes to them?
