Rebecca Robertson, an adopted daughter of Willie and Korie Robertson, stars of Duck Dynasty, was married last Saturday to John Reed Loflin.
Rebecca came to the U.S. as an exchange student from Taiwan. She was welcomed into the Robertson family as a foster child in 2004.
Rebecca and John announced their engagement at the beginning of last year, according to The Gospel Herald.
The couple got married in Mexico, surrounded by their family. Various Robertson family members, who are known for their Chrisitan faith, shared photos from the wedding, including a photo of Rebecca’s Taiwanese mother.
"Not a dry eye in the place," Korie Robertson captioned the photo.
Sadie and Bella Robertson, along with John Luke Robertson’s wife, Mary Kate, were bridesmaids in the wedding.
"WOW WOW WOW what a wedding," Sadie captioned one photo. "Every single moment was just absolutely priceless. I will cherish the memories forever! I love seeing my family grow."
Rebecca herself also posted about the marriage:
"Our story starts here......I said yes to my best friend for life.”
“After long time of patiently searching, I found the ultimate gem // Jeremiah 29:11," she added.
Rebecca joined the Duck Dynasty cast in season 5. She also helps Korie Robertson run Duck and Dressing, a clothing boutique in Louisiana.
The Gospel Herald reports that Duck Dynasty’s last episode will be aired in April 2017 after an 11-season run.
