1) It's been a good day at our house. First, the toilet was leaking. Actually it had been leaking for months and dripping through the floor and into the basement. Early this morning Marlene and I took turns wrestling with the bolts that hold the tank on the seat. We discovered that one of the rubber washers was leaking
