We have worked reasonable well in the English Writing and Grammar workbooks. The instructions were pretty much self - explanatory with adequate written work to practice the learned topic. The books seem to graduate nicely in difficulty with the children' ages. The writing assignments come at appropriate intervals throughout the text.
