Be Alert and Mindful
- Friday, March 15, 2013
Scripture implores us to “Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing but the body is weak” (Matthew 26:41). Knowing that we must be prayerful and mindful will help us deal with stressors in our lives. Where are you vulnerable in your life? Where are you most likely to succumb to temptation? Be mindful and prayerful about these situations in your life.
