Walking on Water

Walking on Water

Jesus tells us that we will do even greater things than he has done. This Scripture always confounds me as I struggle to do even the lesser things he has done. I’m not ready to graduate to ‘walking on water.’ Yet, could he have meant that we are equipped to minister to even more people than he ministered to? Might he have been referring to the possibility that we can tend to a broken heart in a miraculous way? Maybe he meant that we could love someone out of despair and into hope. In what way will you ‘walk on water’ today? What form will the miraculous power of Jesus take in your life?
