Revelation 19 -- 20

The Lord our God, is called Faithful and True (Revelation 19:11); but His great enemies are the beast . . . and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles . . . with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and those that worshiped his image. Both of them were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone (19:20). The false prophet is also called the second beast . . . another beast . . . and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke like a dragon. . . . and caused the earth . . . to worship the first beast (13:11-12). The Antichrist, called the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him that sat on the horse (Jesus), and against His army (19:19). The false prophet will be the head of the false Church, called the great whore, who corrupted the earth with her fornication (19:2). The coming new-world order will consist of a united one-world government, ruled by the beast and the false prophet, who will control the united religious system. All this will be directed by Satan. Together they will seek to destroy all true followers of Christ and the nation of Israel. The combined forces of the religious system and the world government will exert extreme pressure on people to accomplish their goals. The false prophet will attempt to force everyone to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads . . . No one will be able to buy or sell unless they have the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. . . . his number is 666 (13:16-18).
All who submit to the coming new-world order, which is even now being formed, will eventually be cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever (20:10). The final scene in all of these spectacular events takes place before a great white throne. . . . (where) the dead, (both) small and great, stand before God (to be judged); and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the Book of Life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. . . . This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire (20:11-15). This is the final destination of Satan and all who reject Christ as Savior and Lord.
But think how joyous it will be for those who do repent and accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord of their lives, to see again their loved ones and all the saints of the ages: Abraham, Jacob, Joseph, David, and Paul. However, first, and best of all, we will meet Jesus, our wonderful Lord. A voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all you servants of His, who fear (reverence) Him, both small and great! And I heard . . . the voice of a great multitude . . . saying, Hallelujah (Praise the Lord)! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns! Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him: for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His Bride has made herself ready (Revelation 19:5-7).
