INNOCENCE

"I have sinned," he said,
"for I have betrayed innocent blood."
MATTHEW 27:4

FROM THE FATHER'S HEART
My child, I paid a debt I didn't owe because I loved you so much. It was the only way. My innocence paid fo ryour guilt - and provided for your innocence, too. Now the record is clear. Your name is secure. You have a home, not in prison, but in My heart - and in heaven.

A GRATEFUL RESPONSE
Lord, even Your enemies knew Your innocence. Without fault and without blemish, You are perfect. You paid for a crime You didn't commit and died an innocent man. Thank You for taking my guilt on Yourself. Thank You for Your example of innocence.

SIMPLE TRUTH

Just when you think you can't take any more, Jesus walks through your prison and opens the door.
