DISCERNER OF THE HEART

For the word of God is quick, and powerful,
and sharper than any twoedged sword. . .
and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Hebrews 4:12 kjv

FROM THE FATHER'S HEART
My child, do you fight a daily barrage of thoughts that try to distract you from My work and My mission for you? I know your heart. I can discern your truest motives before you utter a word. Think about Me and about My words to you. Submit every thought to Me. I will help you capture every unholy thought and turn your heart toward Me again. When you feed your heart with My spiritual food, an abundance of treasure will emerge.

A GRATEFUL RESPONSE
Lord, there is no way to hide from You, even if that were my desire. My thoughts are like a cinema screen, flashed before Your holy eyes. You are a discerner of the heart; You can see through every excuse I make or mask I wear. Thank You for knowing me so well, and still loving me so much.

SIMPLE TRUTH

Be careful what you feed your mind. What goes in, usually comes out.
