Embrace the Questions of Life
- 2013 25 Jun
One of my favorite poets, Rainier Maria Rilke challenges us to ‘love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language.” So much of life is unknown to us. We become confused and then feel overwhelmed with our confusion. Yet, if we wait upon the Lord, He has promised to renew our strength (Isaiah 40: 31). He doesn’t promise us quick answers, but does promise us strength for the day. Isn’t this, after all, enough?
