Relating to the same people, day in and day out, requires you to develop somewhat of a thick skin. You cannot react to every little thing that happens, every sharp word said, every roll of the eyes. There is a saying that goes, "Easy Does It." It is a wonderful thing to remind ourselves of when things are not going the way we want them to go. Easy does it. This is a wonderful thing to say when our mate doesn’t treat us exactly the way we want to be treated. Easy does it. When you begin to feel frustrated with life, remember, “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear….Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?” (Matthew 6:25-27)
