Nourish Your Spirit
- Tuesday, April 30, 2013
I’ve always been a water person. I am most content when I’m beside it, on top of it or even in it. I appreciate sailing, swimming, even watching the movement of boats and shipping traffic on the water. These activities soothe my spirit. Do you know what soothes your spirit? Are you aware of how you’ve been created—to appreciate the subtle miracles of the desert, soak in the grandeur and majesty of the mountains, or perhaps you’re a bit like me—you like the water. Take time to know what soothes your spirit and make it a part of every day.
