While it may be tempting to hold troubling feelings and thoughts to yourself, fearing that you will create conflict in the sharing, unspoken words can fester and tear at our souls. Dare to approach your mate, friend or colleague with an issue you’ve buried inside and notice the weight lifted and connection restored. “When I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.” (Psalms 32:3)
