We are Made for Transparency
- Thursday, November 01, 2012
People are made for relationship. With the expanding technological age, has come more isolation one from another. Hiding emotions behind a mask is made relatively foolproof with the push of a button to communicate: there is no telltale body language to give you away.
Sharing honestly with one another is the only way to grow into a healthy, mature Christian. We cannot substitute email for confession and prayer and expect to develop the character of Christ. We need to be transparent with a few trusty worthy friends.
(James 5:16) Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.
