Shooting at Central Michigan University Leaves 2 Dead

Two people are dead after a gunman opened fire at Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. According to reports, the gunman is still at large. reports that the shooter opened fire at Campbell Hall dormitory on the college’s campus.

Those in the vicinity are being urged by authorities “to take shelter” as the shooter is still being tracked down by law enforcement. He is described as a 19-year-old black male wearing mustard yellow jeans and a blue hooded sweatshirt.

Those killed are not thought to be students, and at this time it is reported that the shooting occurred after a domestic dispute.

This shooting happened just over two weeks after the deadly shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.
