“And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

--John 8:32

Our world has a growing dissatisfaction with things such as materialism, secularism, and humanism. And as a result, people are increasingly moving away from these things in search of fulfillment and truth.

Not only that, people are becoming more aware of the dysfunctional family and the proliferation of failed marriages. And people are becoming more disheartened by the violence and crime we see all around us.

Sadly, instead of turning to the church and the truth only found in Christ, people are turning to New Age philosophies, Eastern mysticism, and other kinds of man-made religions to get the answers they are desperately searching for.

That’s why nothing is more urgently needed in our society right now than the contagious ministry of the local church. Not a body of believers stuck on cruise control or living in the past… but those who know the needs of today’s culture and those who pray, truly believe, and are passionate about sharing Christ with this generation of people!

More than anything, this generation is searching for people who know the truth and will tell it just like it is.

That’s why I want to challenge you today to tell those around you the truth about who Jesus is and the answers people can find in Him. Cut to the heart of the gospel so that others can come to Jesus!

THIS GENERATION IS SEARCHING FOR PEOPLE WHO KNOW THE TRUTH AND WILL TELL IT JUST LIKE IT IS.
