In November 2007 renowned seminary professor Charles Campbell visited a small chapel on top of the Demilitarized Zone hill in Korea. In front of the pulpit, there was only pure glass. The congregation and pulpit would look out on North Korea with its missiles and nuclear arms ready for battle but still worshipped God and heard the Word preached. Campbell concluded that the only thing those worshippers had in the face of this national danger were the promises, certainty, and power found only in God’s Living Word.
