| On April 20, 1999, our nation stood in horror and disbelief as we witnessed the tragedy of Columbine. Within hours, an astonishing discovery was made. Two teenagers, Cassie Bernall and Rachel Scott, stood up for their belief and faith in God when asked by the gunmen. Cassie and Rachel died for their declaration of Faith. These two teenagers are modern-day martyrs. Their stories have intrigued the secular world and galvanized the Christian world. Young people all over America are beginning to develop a radical boldness for their belief in God. They are developing a backbone. They are making a strong stand for their Faith.
