The Death of the Dinosaurs

Scientists have shown that the moon is moving away at a tiny, although measurable distance from the earth every year.

If you do the math, you can calculate that 85 million years ago the moon was orbiting the earth at a distance of about 35 feet from the earth's surface.

This would explain the death of the dinosaurs. The tallest ones, anyway.

Certainly this must be a joke. Unfortunately students who are looking for an honest understanding of how Biblical history and scientific methodology can be reconciled may miss the apparent humor of this statement. If you are looking for solid evidence for the coexistence of dinosaurs and humans, check out Ken Ham's excellent research and books. The webmaster may seriously consider pulling the content of this answer to the question of dinosaur extinction.
