Enjoyed your article...I am a Vietnam veteran and a member of Swift Boat Veterans for Truth. The outing of John Kerry was justified as it revealed his self-serving, abbreviated tour in Vietnam. The members of this organization are combat naval veterans...heroes to be exact.. and I am proud that they would have me as a member.
You might be interested to know that a retired Air Force colonel from Texas conducted a survey and got it published in Vietnam magazine. His aticle stated that one of every three men who come to the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, DC dressed in fatigues, sporting medals, wearing combat boots, etc., never served in Vietnam. I am willing to bet that most of the Vietnam and Iraq anti-war protesters never served a day in their lives either.
