I am a student of the prophetic word and I see this as a fulfillment of God's Word. In the book of Ezekiel chapter 38 we the battle of Gog from the land of Magog taking place. In this battle the Prophet shows this Prince from Russia invading the land of Israel in verse 8. The metaphor of the land brought back fom the sword is used for the state of Israel. In verse 10 the Prophet says that at the same time Gog attacks the land brought back from the sword Israel in verse 11 he come up against the land of unwalled villages. The metaphor for America is the land of unwalled villages. Most bible scholars say that the land of unwalled villages is Israel. If you google Israel's fence you'll see that Israel is not the land of unwalled villages, America is. The northern and southern border of this country is unwalled. When the battle of Gog from the land of Magog takes place America will get attacked at the same time, that Israel does.
