How sad that Senator Obama is using our Lord's purity and righteousness to justify and promote his political agenda. How he ever can even try to justify Jesus' support of same-sex marriage in any way is beyond me! The Bible's stance on homosexuality is very clear (does the word abomination mean anything to anyone?) and obviously, Jesus would never go against His own word. It is ridiculous, preposterous, and blasphemous to even say that He did.

What a tragedy that Senator Obama and his wife are comparing homosexual marriage to civil rights... civil rights means equal rights for all people regardless of race or gender. Homosexual marriage is a moral and ethical issue, not a civil rights issue.
