"Don't Ask, Don't Tell" in Reverse?

There are signs that the Democrat majority in Congress is serious about its promises to restructure society in its image.

California Democratic Congresswoman Ellen Tauscher reportedly will introduce legislation early in this new Congress to repeal a 1993 law which barred open, practicing homosexuals from serving in the military. The law is known as “don’t ask, don’t tell” and was the product of negotiations between Colin Powell, former senator Sam Nunn and others. It was bipartisan.

A new military times poll of active duty personnel reveals that 58 percent of respondents are opposed to efforts to repeal the law. But that doesn’t matter to those pushing the gay agenda, which seeks to undermine every traditional institution – from marriage to Disney, to the military.

Look for more efforts like this one to reshape culture. Liberals feel they have a mandate now and they think nothing can, or will, stop them.
