Plan B Makes Judge's A-List

The Obama administration has been joined by a federal judge in a continuing quest to remove any restrictions on abortion. Here’s the latest, which follows on the heels of several decisions by the Obama administration to repeal the few protections remaining on pre-born human life.

A federal judge has ordered the Food and Drug Administration to reconsider its 2006 decision to deny girls younger than 18 years old access to the so-called “morning after” pill without a prescription.

U.S. District Judge Edward Korman in New York ordered the agency to make “Plan B” available to 17-year-olds within 30 days and to review whether to make the emergency contraceptive available to all ages without a doctor’s order.

So, girls who can’t get an aspirin from the school nurse without parental approval may soon be allowed to get a pill at the drug store without a prescription, parental notice or approval. The medical effects of this pill, especially on those who take it more than once, have not been fully studied. But in abortion politics, who cares about that, right?
