It bothers me that we don't understand that at one time people believed the world was round until truth came.

The basic reason I call myself a Christian and am a follower of New Age principles is this, JESUS, HIMSELF didn't write anything himself. We have simply chosen to believe the Bible as it is since it's inception as "The Word" even though there were many books rejected by those putting it together, I believe, in order to have control over others. Is there truth in the Bible? Of course! Will truth always knock at the doors of our hearts? Of course!
Most of us have made the same agreements over and over just because everyone is doing it. Today's Christians will continue to build their towers of babel only to have God knock it down over and over so that we continue to see the many denominations with different languages.

Jesus purpose was to forgive sin and be the ultimate sacrifice for redemption.Now about Eckhart Tolle you will face God some day,and the things you are teaching now will be your dividing rod.I only pray that through articles like this one we the people will be warned.There is no other way but through Jesus Christ shed blood. Friends, I personally don't want to single Oprah out due to her celebrity status. There's several wealthy people that God has blessed with wealth that refuse to obey his commandments in total. I'm a Kingdom Witness, Jesus our Saviour preached the Kingdom of Heaven and no one whether rich or poor, believer or non-believer shall enter into the Kingdom without Jesus period. There's plenty of believers in God or an entity that doesn't want to accept Jesus but we witnesses must always with Love present our faith as a faith based on our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who was resurrected by God our Father. The enemy blinds many with his trickery about Father, Son and Holy Spirit, but we know that there are 3 that bear witness in Heaven. As a matter of fact, there's some new guy name Moby or something like that who plays a guitar and totally denounces God and/or Jesus and folks are foolish enough to follow him so I'm not surprise about any new age belief. No debate, just preach the Word. AMEN.

Excellent article. The noun "Christian" seems to have been watered down by pop culture and the media. I am a Christian, but I tell others that I am a "believer" and explain that a Christian is one who follows Christ - as in Jesus Christ.

I haven't heard of this guy, but being a new age follower prior to my conversion to Christ years ago, I can confirm that there is a hypnotic pull to finding "An answer", as long as it offers peace. Those who do not belong to Him are those whose dark hearts have refused for their hearts to be examined by His search light and would be quick to offer excuses as to why submission to God is wrong and destructive to the human spirit. But God's Word has already warned us,"Beware of false teachers who come disguised as harmless sheep, but are wolves and will tear you apart. You can detect them by the way they act, just as you can identify a tree by it's fruit...you will know them by their fruits." . Good delicious fruit isn't produced by a good fruit tree. Good fruit is laying our lives and hearts open before our Father. Open to His rebuke and His guidance, seeking to please Him with our lives through obedience, submission, holiness, godliness, prayer, intercession and to simply do His will.
