I disagree with this. This just sounds like another woe is me condoning and an acceptance of "be happy in poverty, because when we endure, we shall receive our reward". People's financial condition is based on their own choice and people should strive to be financially successful because when you are financially wealthy, you can do more to sow into the kingdom of God and help others than you can when you are living paycheck to paycheck.

There will always be people rich and poor,so why spend your life being on the poor side of the fence. Lastly, there are numerous scriptures that talk about prosperity when you live for God. One of the key scriptures can be found in the first psalm, as well as in deuteronomy chapters 8 and 9, and last but not least Jeremiah 29:11; God's thoughts to prosper us, to give us a future and a hope. I don't quite see God's definition of prospering to mean prosper you with poverty and lack. The Bible also says "No good thing do my people lack".

Comes down to, you reap what you sew. What is credit? It's only there so people who might not be able to afford some animate object. But with credit, it doesn't matter if they can't afford it. Because they can now own it with credit. Granted I don't have much, but what I do have is mine and I'm not having to work my entire life just to give my money to a crediter. When you all wake up and realize prosperity is a FREE gift of God!! And it has nothing to do with how much you own. But rather, how much you are at peace with yourself. By not being caugt up in this, "Keep up with the Jones ordeal." May the peace that surpasses man's understanding fall gracefully upon all who read this.

In that mighty name of Jesus I pray for you all.
