I think that any religion or belief that allows parents to lose custody of their children due to their religious beliefs, and to add insult to injury give custody to the persons who kidnapped the children in the first place just because their Islamic is definitely evil and tragic.
We in America don't realize how blessed we are.

This kind of sickness and atrocity shows just how demented and evil Islam as a religion/culture/governmental theocracy is. That any Sharia "court" could give custody of a kidnapped child to the kidnappers proves the twisted and corrupted nature of the Q'uran and the Hadiths. There should be no tolerance of this in "any" land.
