I don't know much about this ministry but at the very least it looks like they trying to do the right thing here by asking the pastor to step down and take some time to get it right with God. It is very sad when this happens because people tend to get attached to their pastors people get hurt at a spiritual level. Yes, I know that we should not be focus on flesh and blood, but reality is that many are spiritually just too young, and they do get hurt. Not to mention the pastor's wife also gets hurt tremendously!

In my opinion, what makes it even worst is when the pastor does not want to step down even after confessing having a long time affair, like in the case of the pastor of N.D.C.C. He did step down for a few months after getting caught, but as attendance started falling he got right back on the pulpit. Their website has been updated and now you can only find his wife's name a few times, which is pretty sad because she is a very godly lady & loving pastor. She will be missed! :-(

From the Fresh Fire Ministries Board of Directors:

"We wish to acknowledge,..., that since our last statement from the Fresh Fire Board of Directors, we have discovered new information revealing that Todd Bentley has entered into an unhealthy relationship on an emotional level with a female member of his staff. In light of this new information and in consultation with his leaders and advisors, Todd Bentley has agreed to step down from his position on the Board of Directors and to refrain from all public ministry for a season to receive counsel in his personal life."

This so called revival was an abomination. There is no telling how many young souls were lost to the demonic Kundalini spirit, which is an Eastern religion. Todd Bentley is not a christian, he is New Age. Where in the bible does it tell us to worship angels? He was teaching about portals and the third heaven...this is witchcraft. Unfortunately the church is in trouble if it cannot discern the spirits. I pray for anyone who attended any of these meetings that they get into a KJV bible and read what the Word of God has to say about these false prophets. There is no telling how many souls were lost and still being lost with these satanic teachings.. God forgive us!

I just received the newest release from the Board at Fresh Fire Ministries. They now acknowledge that Todd was having an affair. What they fail to acknowledge is that this is his second affair with a staff member in the last 3 years and he has said to a close friend he intends to marry her. Additionally Todd has been drinking during this revival rather heavily at times. These are not rumors but come from former staff and sources very close to the Lakeland events. I share these things with great sadness and distress. I have had a check in my spirit from the beginning. The more pressing issue is that the leaders of the Pentecostal/Charismatic/Prophetic/Apostolic movement endorsed, blessed and commissioned this man and this movement. This has led to countless accepting it and as Paul warns in 2 Corinthians 11 they have allowed themselves to fall victim to folly. We must pray for Todd to truly repent and seek restoration. For the leadership to ask the bodies forgiveness.May God grant mercy

This "outpouring" was nothing more than a circus and Todd Bentley it's ringleader.

While I pray that he repents from his false teaching as well as healing in his marriage, this does not surprise me. He is reaping what he has sown. God doesn't appreciate turning the Holy Spirit into a freak show
