CCM's Magical Getaway Official Contest Rules

1. CCM’s Magical Getaway Contest (the “Contest”) is open to any individual eighteen (18) years of age or older living in the United States who registers by completing an official entry form at CCMmagazine.com. Each entrant may complete only one entry per person. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family and household members of Salem Publishing, the sponsor of the Contest (“Sponsor”), Disney Destinations (“Disney”), their respective parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
2. There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. The winner will be selected by random drawing on August 25, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. (CST) from among all eligible entries received from August 1, 2009 to August 24, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. Entrants need not be present to win. The winner will be notified by e-mail or regular mail within two (2) weeks from the date of selection. The winner must complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, where lawful, publicity release. If Sponsor does not receive the affidavit and release within two (2) business days notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, by signing the affidavit and release, the winner grants permission to the use of his/her name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, voice, biographical/other information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and other promotions by Sponsor and its assigns without additional compensation. The prize documentation will be awarded within approximately two (2) business days after all required proof and documentation is received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Neither Sponsor nor Disney is responsible for lost, late, damaged or mishandled entries.
3. There is one (1) Grand Prize, that consists of one (1) vacation package for (4) persons for (3) nights and (4) days at the Walt Disney World® Resort (the “Premises”) and that includes the following:
a. Four (4) round trip coach air fares between the major United States gateway airport closest to winner's residence and the Orlando International Airport; provided, however, if winner resides within 250 miles of the Premises, air fare will not be provided to the winner.
b. Four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Premises; provided, however, if winner resides within 250 miles of the Premises, transfers will not be provided to the winner.
c. Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for three (3) nights at a hotel at the Premises selected by Disney in its sole discretion.
d. Four (4) 4-Day Magic Your Way Tickets.
e. Four (4) 2-Night Night of Joy Tickets.
f. A Disney Gift Card with a value of Five Hundred Dollars ($500).
g. A gift basket.
Grand Prize winner shall be responsible for all other costs and expenses incurred by the Grand Prize winner in connection with the use and enjoyment of the vacation package including, but not limited to, meals, laundry service, souvenirs, telephone calls, transportation between winner’s home and the departure airport, tips, service charges and taxes. Vacation must be taken September 10-13, 2009. Accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and blockout dates may apply. Vacation and vacation components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded; provided, however, that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Vacation is not redeemable for cash.
The estimated retail value of the vacation package is $5,410.
If Grand Prize winner is unable or unwilling to take the vacation September 10-13, 2009, winner will forfeit the vacation, and instead will receive one (1) $250 “Night of Joy” Gift Basket, the contents of which will be selected by Sponsor at its discretion. Grand Prize winner will not receive the difference in value between the vacation and the gift basket.
4. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by all of these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Associate Publisher of Sponsor ("Contest Judge"). All decisions regarding the Contest including, but not limited to, selecting the winner, will be made by the Contest Judge, whose decisions shall be final. The Contest Judge may prohibit an entrant from participating in this Contest, in his/her sole discretion, if, in the opinion of the Contest Judge, the entrant fails to abide by these rules, or otherwise acts (i) in a non-professional or inappropriate manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Sponsor, its parent company, its parent’s affiliated companies or its advertising and promotion agencies, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and may be required to complete a W-9 taxpayer identification form. All federal, state, and local laws apply. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Disney, their respective parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on any libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties.
