What has been your group’s most popular inreach ideas, and why?

What activities does your group find to be together outside routine weekly gatherings? Have group members been chosen to lead (i.e., Social Committee)? How are you seeing them discover their spiritual gifts through this service? In what other ways are you seeing them grow and develop? How has group cohesiveness increased through these efforts?
