1. Search God’s word for wise financial counsel
2. Seek multiple qualified sources of counsel from Christian men and women
3. Weigh in counsel you’ve received and test it against God’s truth
4. Pray for God’s peace to guide you
5. Test your own motives to make sure they are pure in nature and are not driven by greed and selfishness.
