The Bible on Lending Money to Another Believer

God’s word gives us very specific instruction on how we as believers should behave while lending money to others.

“You shall not charge interest to your countrymen: interest on money, food, or anything that may be loaned at interest” ->Deuteronomy 23:19

When we lend to another believer, we are told not to charge any interest and at God’s prompting even lend to those who aren’t able to repay us. We should also not take another brother or sister to court over money we lent them but exercise grace and forgiveness.
