The Media: Washington’s Unreached People Group

February 3, 2009

Tomorrow night is our annual media dinner in Washington. I am expecting one of our greatest crowds.

Some have never been before. Many are not believers. Some have just been laid-off. Others worry they might lose their jobs.

The speakers – all from different parts of what is collectively known as “the media” will testify to their faith in Jesus Christ and how he changed their lives and recommend him to those present as the answer to their short-term struggles and long-term hope.

Please pray for the speakers as well as the audience that their hearts might be open and God will bring those he wants to himself.

We record these remarks and they will be available next month for a small gift to defray expenses and underwrite our outreach efforts.

The media dinner is a major effort every year to touch my colleagues with the love of God in Jesus Christ. Please pray.
