It's All in the Reading

A man who had been hired to create a stain glass window for a church forgot to write down the scripture verse to be used and dimensions of the window. So he sent a telegram the church and asked. He then walked around town for an hour and then went back to the telegraph office and asked if he got a telegram.

The woman told him yes. As she looked at the telegram she fainted. Her friend ran over to her and as she read the telegram, she began to faint also.

The man by now was concerned some disaster had occurred, so he went around the counter and took the telegram out of the woman's hand.

It read, "Unto us a son is born, 18 ft long, 6 ft wide
