More Texas Heat

My friend injured himself at work and had to go to the emergency room of a local hospital. While in the waiting area, a lady wearing short shorts, kept moving from side to side in her seat, trying her best to keep from putting any pressure on the back of her thighs.

My friend asked her what happened. "Well," she said,"I'm not from Texas and this over 100 degree heat is awful. So, I thought I found a way to stay cool and bought a new car."

"That's great, but what does that have to do with why you're here in emergency?"

"Well, look across the parking lot over there, that's my new car."

My friend looked across the lot to where she was pointing, and there was a beautiful black convertible with black leather bucket seats basking in the over 100 degree heat.

"Yeah, I thought I would beat the heat after work today, so I left the top down all day to keep the interior from heating up and changed into shorts after work. Hopped into the drivers seat..."

"Oh, that explains everything," my friend winced.
