A Battle of the Wits

A Jewish attorney is at a convention in a fancy Los Angelos hotel. Relaxing at the pool, with his friend, he hears a loud argument going on out in the foyer.
He asks his friend what 's going on, and his friend tells him 'it's a battle of the wits."
"Who" is it anyway", asks the man?
His friend replies "Horowitz, Markowitz and Lebowitz !"
