All Wet for Easter

As usual, it was taking our 7 year old son forever to get dressed. His suit was new, his shirt was new, and his tie was new. After he finally gotdressed, he was told, " Sit on the couch and DON'T MOVE!"
Several minutes later, in the midst of getting his two sisters ready for Sunday School, I heard, " Mom, you need to put my suit in the dryer!" I came out of the bath room, and there was my angel- soaking wet! He had tried to put something on the table, and in trying to reach it, stepped on a cooler full of water. Looking at the tag, it was- of course- DRY CLEAN ONLY!
I told his father to go ahead and take his sisters to Sunday School, and we would meet them there before church.
My husband was in the Pastor's Study, talking to our Pastor before services started. " Pastor, please pray for my son. I'm afraid he may not make it."
Our pastor, who has three children of his own, said, with a smile, " To maturity?"
" No, to the 11:00 service!"
Sounds like a true story to me!
