A Step of Faith

Ten business leaders agreed to participate in a focus group on the needs of Christians in the workplace. As we discussed some hurdles people have in living out their faith at work it became evident that one of the common concerns was a legal issue.
Some leaders felt they needed clarity on what they could do and say in their workplaces. Not knowing the law, for some, becomes an excuse to avoid doing anything.
Hebrews 11:6 teaches, “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to himmust believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”
If you’re not applying your faith at work, learn the law, but don’t forget that earnestly seeking Him still requires a step of faith.
