How are people going to know what Christians look and act like if we don’t show them?

The Spirit of God gives the ability to choose to be content even in the middle of whatever life brings.

Could it be I’m holding onto this hatred—there I said it—because I haven’t trusted God to sufficiently deal with the person who hurt me?

Any good parent is eager to give their children a better life than they had, right? But is this what Jesus teaches?

Left to itself, grief will make you bitter. But with God’s help and comfort you will become better. It’s your choice.
