God’s Knowledge
Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How unsearchable His judgments and untraceable His ways! (Rom. 11:33)
God Knows
God knows all that is knowable. There is no limit to His knowledge; He is omniscient. He doesn’t get smarter with age because He is already infinitely smart. Nobody needs to teach Him, inform Him, or guide Him. He doesn’t worry about falling behind in knowledge. He’s not the least bit befuddled by the latest developments in technology. God knows all that happens, all that could happen, and all that would have happened. If you were to change a single variable in history, God would already know how that single change would ripple forward to the end of time. Nothing can ever surprise God; all knowledge—both potential and actual—is known to Him.
You Can Trust Him
From the motions of the smallest subatomic particle to the most massive structures of outer space, to the deepest longings of your heart, God knows. You can entrust your life to your infinitely wise heavenly Father. Your trials do not surprise Him. And because He knows, He also supplies all you need to rise above adversity. In His wisdom He weaves together the perfect amount of blessing and trials into your life. Even the hard stuff in your life, seen from God’s perspective, creates huge blessing, reward, and beauty for you. You never need to worry or fear. God has not forgotten you and He has not misplaced you. You are always under His loving, watchful eye.
Bottom Line
If God is able to keep track of the hairs on your head, He certainly knows what you need today and He is certainly able to provide it.
