True Worship – Beloved Women – July 22, 2020
Read: “So the King will greatly desire your beauty; Because He is your Lord, worship Him.” (Psalm 45:11 ESV)
TODAY’S ENCOURAGEMENT: It is so easy in life as we go from day to day, to miss out on worship, praise, and thanksgiving to God. It’s easy to get in a rut, complain and miss out on the many blessings that are right before our eyes. Life is hard and unpredictable, but our God remains the same and He is at work in our everyday details.
There is always a reason to worship and give thanks. True worship brings our heart to the character and nature of our God. Let us see our lives and this world through the lense of our Father in Heaven and His Word, and respond with a heart full of worship. May we be willing to say, “use me Lord” even when we don’t understand or are struggling in our current circumstance. May we have a heart of worship, for He is worthy.
PRAY: Lord Jesus, in every area of my life, may I worship and praise You for all that You have done and are doing in my life. You are worthy! In my everyday life, may I choose worship and praise. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.
