Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.
"The next time you feel that inner tug to either say stay silent out of fear or speak up with more force than love, stop and pray. Ask, 'Lord, how do I hold truth and love together here? How do I show both clarity and compassion?'"
