Isaiah 49:14-16 w/ Amanda Idleman - Crosswalk PLUS Video Devotional for November 26, 2025

Welcome Crosswalk PLUS subscribers! These raw, uncut video takes on Scripture are brought to you ad-free from the hearts of your favorite Crosswalk contributors. We'll examine a Bible verse, application and prayer in five minutes or less as an encouraging way to start any day.

Today's verse is Isaiah 49:14-16 with Amanda Idleman.

But Zion said, “The LORD has forsaken me, the Lord has forgotten me.”
“Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you!
See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.

"God is grieved by the sin in the world. He is grieved by this picture of Jerusalem falling and the terror that went along with that. But He doesn't forget - He is a God of justice and will bring resolution in the right time. He sees it all and promises to work it out for our good."
