Today's verse is Judges 11:10-11 with Kim Matthews.
And the elders of Gilead said to Jephthah, "The LORD will be witness between us, if we do not do as you say." So Jephthah went with the elders of Gilead, and the people made him head and leader over them. And Jephthah spoke all his words before the LORD at Mizpah.
"Contrary to popular opinion, we are not creatures of circumstance. We are, however, creators of circumstances... 'It is not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters'."
