But the Lord said to Ananias, “Go! This man is my chosen instrument to proclaim my name to the Gentiles and their kings and to the people of Israel. I will show him how much he must suffer for my name.”
"Lord, I pray that you will help us live a life like Paul did: zealous, all in for God, and yet willing to suffer. Help us not forget that there are Christians throughout the world who are suffering for their faith more than we can ever know. Help us to love you and to be willing to suffer for you when you call us to that. In Jesus' name, Amen."
