Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
"There are so many things vying for our attention, most of which are negative. We are worried about our families, our work, our finances, our community, the news, the global problems... but the key to guarding our hearts is by following this verse...we meditate on these things, and if you listen to these things, they're all good things."
