Psalm 112:1-5 w/ Amanda Idleman - Crosswalk PLUS Video Devotional for December 2, 2025

Welcome Crosswalk PLUS subscribers! These raw, uncut video takes on Scripture are brought to you ad-free from the hearts of your favorite Crosswalk contributors. We'll examine a Bible verse, application and prayer in five minutes or less as an encouraging way to start any day.

Today's verse is Psalm 112:1-5 with Amanda Idleman.

Praise the LORD. Blessed are those who fear the LORD, who find great delight in his commands. Their children will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches are in their houses, and their righteousness endures forever. Even in darkness light dawns for the upright, for those who are gracious and compassionate and righteous. Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely, who conduct their affairs with justice.

"I encourage you to start living in the fear of the Lord today. Remember that when we feel like it's hard, it's just us having to put down our flesh. In the end, there are so many good gifts God gives us when we walk the righteous way."
