God has given us many freedoms, but one we should not abuse is the freedom to consume as much food as we want.

We have nothing to feel guilty about!

We please God when we try to be the best we can be!

We diet not only for ourselves, but for God!

I will be a conqueror, through the mighty love of God.

Let my eating and drinking offend no one, especially God!

I will not take part in devil's food!

God can do for me what nothing on earth can!

With God's help I will lose weight, los e hate, and lose my desire to denigrate!
