Relying on God’s strength instead of our own does not make us cowards. It makes us courageous because of Jesus.

We need to be intentional about examining our hearts, our actions and our attitudes for places where sin might be sneaking in.

Are you relying on the Word of God to be a foundation for your thoughts and actions?

When I think of the word “worship” and what it truly encapsulates, I envision falling flat on my face in reverence. I don’t do that in church.

If helium balloons can lose their luster and plummet to the ground because they haven't been refilled - how are you and I any different?

As you go through your day, can you think of any times when you can shine a little brighter for Jesus?

Hurt people, hurt people. But our God heals the hurt.

Relaxation is for you. Rest is for your soul. Both are essential.

God doesn’t expect us to hold everything together when it’s all falling apart. He wants us to turn to Jesus.

Jesus didn’t only pick the people of utmost importance, but He also didn’t pick just the lowly. He met with all people wherever God placed Him.

I am not the artist, but rather the tile in the beautiful mosaic.

Are you like me; more judgmental than you’d wish to be?

God just wants our time and in return, He gives us the truth that gives us life.

Our Bible verse tells us to focus on our self and to examine our soul diligently.

We are his children. I cannot fathom the depth of his unconditional, abiding love for us, his creations.
